For one of the custom post types (Portfolio) The Yoast meta data is being included in the page BUT meta data is also being called in from somewhere else. So it appears twice ... with the latter time (With only the page titles as description) over-riding the first (which has a designated description from yoast).
I have tried to disable all plugins to see if it was another plugin creating the conflict in information but the suspect meta data still appears.
I can only assume it is something in Wordpress or Theme Settings that I am missing.
Can you see if there is something in the theme that is over-riding the Yoast meta data please?

There is no access there, seems like some problems during the ticket submining, in any case you can deactivate it in the theme options, here:
