    Hello,

    We tried to install woocommerce on our website. The admin page, the cart page and the other do actually work. The check out page doesn't, it seems that the shortcode doesn't render. We tried to install another theme and that one works well.

    Hi Chiara,

    try to click save in the theme options and check.

    Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
