Hi I'm having issues with the live site not reflecting changes made in theme options or WP Bakery page builder

    troubleshooting steps already taken:

cleared cookies/cache both server & PC side (still showing up incorrectly, even on new sessions from devices that have never visited the site)

-hired a freelance dev to resolve (shows up correctly on his end (see video link below

     Wildseed Wellness – Marysville's Only Medical-O...

-main nav menu showing up on left aligned after choosing right aligned

-footer still showing after disabling it in the theme options

    -

Issues already fixed by developer (unnecessary if the main problem didn't exist)

    1. homepage only showing one column instead of two
    2. Incorrect sizing on displayed Quickfinder headings

    HI!

Sorry, but I don’t understand what exactly is the problem on your site. I don't see any problems on my part.

  • Wildseed replied

are you seeing the menu showing up on the left hand side or the right hand side? Are you seeing the footer?

The footer should be invisible and the menu should be on the right hand side.

  • Wildseed replied

It looks fine from both the developer's computer and my own laptop, but client is complaining about how the menu is showing up on the left (from 3 different devices)

The footer is displayed because it is activated.

The logo is located on the left, as specified in the Theme Options:

    Hi Michael,

I specified that the MENU was left aligned, not the logo.

I saved the theme options after disabling the footer, so I'm not sure what's going on.

This is the only setting that indicates the location of the logo, the menu is located on the opposite side of the logo.

    Michael,

The logo option selected was Left - why isn't the menu showing up opposite of the logo?

The menu is displayed on the right, I don't see any problems.

Add logos for different screen types, possibly on some devices, due to the lack of a logo, the menu shifts to the left.
