    I wanted to try out for other themes but kept getting the Ajax error.

    Would you either import the theme "Product fullscreen landing" or 

    rather tell me how to do it ?

    Mr. Gregor has told me that I need to provide the log to find out the reason but 

    He has successfully imported the theme previously. 

    Can't you just tell me how he did so ?

    Hi,

    Sorry for delay. Try to start import few times until you get success notice, seems like your server down during the importing some big image or video.

    Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.

    Alright. Thanks though.

    It still doesn't work but just in case it works, 

    what happens to my previous theme ? If I import a new theme, does my previous theme get removed or deleted ?

    Hi,

    You can import the page, nothing will be lost, just don't set checkbox "import theme options" in the import plugin.
