    There are two tracking codes for Google Tag Manager; head and body.

    There is only one place to put all tracking code in the Gem theme options.

    Which one should I put? Where should I put Google Tag Manager body code?

    Hi,

    In this case you need to edit templates:

    wp-content/themes/thegem/header.php

    wp-content/themes/thegem/footer.php

    And put the code there.

    Before the editing copy this files to the main folder of the child theme for the safety future updates.
