    Hi, I am having issues using the product landing and creative landing pages on TheGEM theme.

    When I install I see an error message about an "error processing the ajax request" (see attached screenshot).

    I already spoke/chatted with Bluehost and we ensured that the local PHP settings were updated.

    I am still receiving this error message. 

    Please help.
