I want a counter like this; start with a number and slowly increase one by one..

For example now It's start from 0 to 610,000,000. I want it go 0 to 610,000,000 and increase 1 by 1 OR It start 610,000,000 to 1 by 1 in every second increasing, like live view. PLEASE HELP ! <3 :(
