I don’t see that you are using Pagespeed Optimization in the Theme Options, I don’t see that you optimize images and use CDN and so on. I see that you just installed the cache plugin.
This is the most important part to speed up and improve your site, and in your case, this is the main problem at the moment - Reduce server response times.
