How to remove 2nd step in woo checkout

    Hello

    With Scalia and Woocommerce, there are 3 - step checkout

    I dont need the step (2nd step) for shipping address, it is already disabled in WOO settings -> force shipping to billing adress. 

    Where in code can I remove this step?
