We are having update issue - it comes up :-

This installation has been deregistered and can't be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key for this installation. In case of any questions please This is what they say when we try to activate theme. But when we check the active installation from TheGem License Manager https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager/ It shows only one Live site is activated .
