    Please find the attached screenshot ( for exact location ) , for Big Search Bar +  Cart icons..

    My customer requested an option if available - dropdown in search bar / pre loaded suggestions , to search quickly.

    HI,

    Sorry, it's not few lines of the code, I can't make it free...

    You need edit templates:

    /wp-content/themes/thegem/header.php

    /wp-content/themes/thegem/top_area.php

    and make it via custom coding.

    For the safety future updates copy this file to the child theme before the editing.
