1) Any hint where/how to find ? I checked Content/Style/Advanced, the Forum and the Documentation. It seems there is no documentation on «How to create/access Galleries» in TheGEM_ELEMENTOR.
2a) If these images are gathered in a gallery, why is there no gallery menu-point showing up in the left WP-Press-Admin-Column ? – see screenshot :
2) In the Elementor version of the theme, the gallery is configured as a separate element in the editor, so this menu item is not present in the WordPress main menu.

Wow, Pressing «New Gallery» isn’t that much intuitive, but that was the thing to do – see screenshot :
