    Hi,

I’m here in THEGEM’s Charity Theme, but this is more a generic question:

This screenshot shows a page where I’d like to hide the Title-Block (the upper one with the darker blue):
    - 2021-09-23_WP_THEGEM_TITLE-AREA.49.1.png

This is where the title-block is defined in the code:
    - 2021-09-23_WP_THEGEM_TITLE-AREA.49.2.png

This is the THEGEM-Block beneath as it’s defined in the code:

    Question_1:
How do I proceed in order to hide the upper block ?
I found this article, suggesting to use a piece of code, in case the hide-switch wouldn’t work : https://elementor.com/help/how-to-hide-page-titles-in-wordpress/
…Here are the steps I fulfilled:

First, I replaced the class-selector «entry-title» by «page-title-block» as these screenshots show :
    - 2021-09-23_WP_THEGEM_TITLE-AREA.49.2a.png
    - 2021-09-23_WP_THEGEM_TITLE-AREA.49.2b.png
    - then I updated and previewed the page, but it doesn’t worked.

    Question_2:
The next screenshot shows the two blocks:

    - 2021-09-23_WP_THEGEM_TITLE-AREA.49.4.png

Is there any possibility to hide the upper block, while somehow keeping the breadcrump path displaying

    Question_3:
Editing_the_Title-Block : Is it a matter of «editing the Page-Layout-Template» … and if so, where should I start to do so ?

As there is 7 screenshots, I’ll take the missing ones in a follow-up post.

    :)

    HI!

1,3) You need to edit the Title Area.

    Please read the documentation:

    https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/#wpb-title-area

    2) Breadcrumbs on regular pages can only be placed in the Title Area.
