I understand that some image are disabled on tablet, and other images are disabled on tablet and smatphone. Please, see the attached video.

So it isn't useful to change the offset value if the image visibility is disabled.

As you can see from the attached video, even if the visibility on smartphones is active, the selected image is not seen.
For a week I have been asking for support for this problem and unfortunately I receive answers that do not help in any way.
