There is a purple and white white area that is appearing in my header area. I don't know where it came from and I cannot get it to go away. The purple area shows my website title in it. The white area has a beveled bottom edge. (Also, the purple area with my site's title does not show up in MS Edge, only the white area does. (How could it be so different in just one browser?)

I went into Elementor and under General Settings, I switched Hide Title to "Yes", but that didn't make any difference.

The screen shot shows the area in question.

Any help would be appreciated, and since I only just started my site, if you can instead provide instructions for completely removing TheGem and all my current pages and reinstalling TheGem, I'll just do that, but I'm not sure how.

How can I close this ticket?

I couldn't wait and since I'd not done a huge amount of work in my website yet, I just had my hosting company reinstall WP and I then reinstall TheGem and the demo I want. I'm starting from scratch.
