    Not able to use demo import. All of the configurations match to the required specifications. 

    Please provide steps to resolve this issue. It will initially load but not all the pages. Please advise.

    Hi,

    pls. provide wp-admin, FTP access and link to the page you need to import.

    Hi,

    pls. make data base reset with this plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/

    And then import the page you need in the separate page import:

    https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/#importing-demo-content

    I am not getting how to reset the database Shall I select all or which Item do I need to select and my question is that If I will reset the database by selecting select all button then my username and password will also get removed ?
