The theme is great, but the major need of the whole business is that the customer need to sign and put their shipping information and get auto price that affected by the shipping information they fill out and finally pay us money!! so is this possible using this theme ? is there anyway I can make this possible?

Can you make few screenshots how it should work? Do you need additional fields in the checkout?
