    Do you recommend any Resource Library Plugins? I wanted to use the Portfolio tool but it does not appear robust enough (would like to have categories and tags). 

    Or would it be better to create a Custom Post Type?

    Hello, sorry for delay in responding.

    I'm interested in having Tags as well as categories so I can group by product, market, etc.

    I'm able to use the Portfolio feature to get the categories for each resource (ebook, case study, webinar, etc.).

    Or if I use categories, is there a way to suppress them appearing on grid like this? https://fmsdevv.wpengine.com/resources/

    I think better to look third-party plugin... Don't have such feature from the box...
