    Pls check below theme and plugins not updating. Could you suggest what is the issue?

    These plugins failed to update:
- LayerSlider WP (from version 6.11.9 to 7.2.4)
- Elementor (from version 3.5.5 to 3.6.4)
These themes failed to update:
- TheGem (Elementor) (from version 5.2.0 to 5.4.1)

    Can you provide wp-admin access?
