    Any time I want to update The Gem i receive the message "Purchase code verification failed. Activate TheGem" I have my licenses activated, both for my site and my development site, as you can see in the image attached. Could you please help me with this? I need to update my site and all the plugins and I am stuck with this!

    Hello Oliver.

    Thank you very much. Now it is all working properly. Anyway, I would like to know what was wrong, in order to being able to fix this kind of issues by myself next time, if it possibly could happen again.

    I have numerous licenses of The Gem wp bakery and none are letting me update, which is negatively impacting plugin updates.

    I've got the same issue. When opening a new ticket about the issue i got the message that the support is expired.
