We have installed the theme. The installation was successfull but after activating you get an "Fatal Error, check your emails..." when you are redirected to the Welcome page. However, the options page is working, but on the status page you get the error too. I will attach an errorlog from the server. (using php 7.3.33)
When trying to install the required Plugin (TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor)) we get an errormessage "The plugin has no valid header". Elementor had also to be installed manually.
Unfortunately we can't give you the ftp or wordpress credentials, because you can't access our ftp outside of the network, and the website isn't accessible from outside either.
It is impossible to activate the theme too, because you get the error.
