I purchased the gem multipurpose and woocomeerce theme from you guys, and now i need to update the theme but i was unable to do such, instead i was getting an error "You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key." Kindly help me to look into this because my website is behaving strange.
One regular license allows you to use TheGem on one localhost, one development and one final production website. pls. login at https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager/ and deregister this purchase code from the installations where you don't need it.
