<p>Hi Support.</p><p>I've bought TheGem(WP Bakery) 2 days ago and&nbsp;uploaded the Architecture & Interior demo successfully but the Homepage (Demo) doesn't load the content and images – it just displays the revolving timer with blank background.&nbsp;All the other pages however loads their respective&nbsp;imagery successfully. I've removed all uploaded demo content; reuploaded again; uploaded only the Frontpage alone; but all with no success.</p><p>I've been dealing with Oliver in Support on a private ticket since yesterday&nbsp;but the feedback is really not acceptable. It takes every time at least an&nbsp;hour to receive some requests for information, FTP access etc.&nbsp;</p><p>It's now already 2 days and nothing to show to my client.. can somebody resolve this please. I'm not happy buying a premium product and getting this for Support. That's why I buy a premium product – for Support! And why doesn't the main Homepage not work on such a premium theme??</p><p>Look forward to see how long it now takes to get this sorted on a public forum.</p><p>Please assist. Kind regards</p>
