Hi, I downloaded TheGem in envato, when I uploaded the plugin, let me download a bunch of plugins, but there is no TheGem Theme Elements (for WPBakery), so I can't use Elementor to edit my website pages, please help me.
Please tell me your email, so that I can creat a account for you on my wordpress website.
To get an access to both theme versions, you need to login to your themeforest account, go to “Download” category (https://themeforest.net/downloads), find TheGem in your downloads, click on “Download” button and select “All files & documentation”
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
