I purchased thegem theme from theme forest. Now thegem theme dashboard shows that the "This installation has been deregistered and can't be registered again with this purchase code." When checking on the activation list, there is no website registered. I want to register my webiste that is https://subjectminds.com/ on the licence manager to import the demos and use thegem theme. I have attacged the following screenshot for the reference that the licence manager shows no webiste registered on the licence manager.
