Hello; I have just purchased GEM and am currently trying to add a revolution slider template; however it's asking for my license code.
I can see that GEM comes bundled with Rev Slider and says that all premium sliders are included. Can you advise how I utlise the template sliders please in rev Slider?
Hi, thank you for your purchase. TheGem includes its own premium sliders, which come with the theme package. Concerning the bundled plugins kindly check https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins . You don't need to activate Revolution Slider, it is already activated and fully functional.

Hi, these sliders are not TheGem sliders. This is a premium third-party content of Revolution Slider plugin and needs a standalone separate license for activating.

Please download and unzip the main theme file (it is a download called "all files and documentation" in your themeforest account), here you will find the folder Demo_Sliders > Revolution Slider . In this folder you will find 74 different sliders from different TheGem demos.

Thank you Oliver that makes more sense now....didn't realise they were in the download file.
On another note I've just replaced the logos in the client section in one of your templates, but now when the cursor hovers over each logo it displays a white box. Can you advise how to get rid of this as I cannot seem to figure out why this has happened and how to switch it off?
