Hi, did you install TheGem Elementor theme version? TheGem comes with two theme versions: TheGem WPBakery and TheGem Elementor. After downloading the main theme package you just need to unzip it, here you will find TheGem_WPbakery.zip and TheGem_Elementor.zip files. If you wish to use Elementor's version, simply install TheGem_Elementor.zip as described in our documentation https://codex-themes.com/thegem/documentation/#installing-thegem-in-wordpress-admin - here you will find all demos for Elementor.

Does not work at all with Elementor! The demo pages only work with WP Bakery. I lost my money
