I had a ticket open earlier about this same issue. I had some personal issues arise so I could not respond. I need this resolved as I'm ready to take the site live and the sticky header still isn't working. Elementor tech support is pointing to the theme. In response to the last message on the previous ticket suggesting that I switch domain host, first, it's a staging site. Second I've already paid a plan that includes hosting, so I will be bringing the domain from godaddy.com to wordpress.com. However, I fail to understand how a host could have an impact on a sticky web part not working. More precisely a sticky menu in my header.

I'm so sorry, please ignore and close this ticket. I simply needed to change the Template from Elementor Full Width to "TheGem Full Width"
