Mobile Device Header - not displaying incorrectlying correctly

    When viewed on mobile devices both android and apple the header is not displaying correctly - see that attached screen shot. What is the fix for this? I can't seem to find the setting on the theme settings, maybe I am missing something.

    I opened up the site in an incognito browser and this is what I got, the in the slider is being pushed down. What is causing this?
