I bought the TheGem theme in 2017. Since then I am a member of your Theme Forest and I had prepared a website using the theme. But I have not been able to get any leads from my website.
So this hosting renewal time, I decided to revamp my website jointsolutions.com. So I need to have the same theme reinstalled on another hosting plan from HostGator. The first installation of the theme on my old hosting plan has already expired.
I have bought another hosting plan from HostGator for five years and would like to have TheGem Theme reinstalled on the new hosting server.
When I am trying to activate the theme, it gives me a message that I have exceeded the maximum number of activations, allowed by this activation key. Please note that I do not have any other installation on the theme anywhere else. My email address is [email protected]
One regular license allows you to use TheGem on one localhost, one development and one final production website. pls. login at https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager/ and deregister this purchase code from the installations where you don't need it.

I have taken another hosting plan from Hostgator which is better since I got an offer for the next 5 years.

And I am having a team help me install the same theme on a new hosting plan from Hostgator.
Request your help in this regard. I do not have this theme installed in any other place. There was only one installation and now I have renewed the support as was requested.
