I downloaded the Gem theme that is advertised to come with Elementor but it appears that it only came with WPBakery. How do I download and utilize Elementor?

nevermind I figured it out! Two different themes are available (Elementor has its own file). When you click the download link for "Installable wordpress file only" it will only download the WPBakery option. Instead, download the "All files and documentation" link which contains both zip folders for both options.
