I recently purchased this template and successfully installed it on my olamedia.agency website. However, I'm facing difficulties installing and activating the template on the subdomain of my olamedia.agency site.
I followed the usual installation steps, but when I try to activate the template on the subdomain, it doesn't work as expected. I've checked that all the files have been properly transferred and the directories are correctly configured, but despite that, the template refuses to activate on the subdomain.
I'm reaching out to seek your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please provide detailed instructions on how to install and activate the template on a subdomain of my olamedia.agency site? I'm open to any suggestions or recommendations you may have.
One regular license allows you to use TheGem on one localhost, one development and one final production website but I've made some changes, your license should be working for olamedia.agency, can you check?
