I installed the theme on a subdomain but the site became so slow, I am trying to re-install into into domain to be sure the problem is my site resources but it's not taking the activation code.
please kindly follow the staging domain naming rules described in our documentation https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/295-license-terms . Otherwise TheGem license manager thinks that you have two live installations and it is not allowed. If you cannot rename your testing environment, kindly let me know.
