Hi, I suppose you have set a title area template in the global website options and this title template is being applied to all posts and pages. Kindly check this article https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/612-my-changes-in-theme-options-are-not-being-applied-to-some-pages-posts-why . If you still need assistance with this, kindly share your URL and wp-admin access details in the private message so we can check your configuration.
