Hi, it seems to be a cache issue. If you make some changes in Theme Options and after saving this changes it is not visible on frontend, it means you have some caching plugin preventing you to see changes immediately after saving. Kindly share your URL and wp-admin access details in the private message so we can login and check your configuration, thank you.
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
