I purchased and imported this theme to our website "yerbi.com.au" earlier this year. For some reason, it keeps telling me, "Purchase code verification failed", when I need to update Elementor and other TheGem Theme plugins.
The truth is I've already verified this purchase code a long time ago. Please see the attached files. I need to update elementor and other plugins. Can you please help me to check this issue?
One regular license allows you to use TheGem on one localhost, one development and one final production website. pls. login at https://codex-themes.com/thegem/license_manager/ and deregister this purchase code from the installations where you don't need it.
