We have installed the Digital marketing predefined theme however whenever we are trying to edit the theme with both elementor and visual composer all the sections are only editable through coding. See attachment.
Furthermore, the GEM theme is advertised as elementor is available and that the Elementor Pro is not required. Is this the case? Or do you suggest to opt for the WP Bakery option for easier setup?
Hi, as I can see at the moment you have installed TheGem WPBakery theme version, but you try to edit it with Elementor or Visual Composer. Kindly note: all these page builder - Elementor, Visual Composer and WPBakery - are not compatible with each other. So, we would recommend the following:
After that you can import the Digital marketing website again - this time you will get the proper Elementor version, which you then can edit in Elementor.
We would also recommend to remove Visual Composer plugin from your installation as it is not needed.

2. Remove the current TheGem WPBakery theme and http://brndboss.com/wp-admin/themes.php and TheGem Elements (WPBakery) and TheGem Demo Import (WPBakery) plugins http://brndboss.com/wp-admin/plugins.php
3. Install TheGem Elementor theme as described here: https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/294-downloading-thegem , https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/296-installing-thegem-in-wordpress-admin#TheGem-for-Elementor-Theme-Installation-qyOat
4. Install TheGem Elements (Elementor) and TheGem Demo Import (Elementor) plugins as described here https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/300-installing-plugins
After that you can import the Digital marketing website again - this time you will get the proper Elementor version, which you then can edit in Elementor.
