I am having an issue with adding a new item to my menu. I would like to add a 'FAQ' to my menu. Whenever I try to add this in the 'Appearance", then 'Menus' section of Wordpress it ends up removing the entire menu and asking me to 'Please select menu source'. Please see the attached photos to this ticket. You can see what I am doing here. Not only am I not able to add this new 'FAQ' item, but I also cannot find a way to select a menu source or go back to my previous menu. The only way I can figure out is to restore to a previous backup.

Hi Mary,
you just need to go to TheGem Templates Builder -> Header and edit the header template you are using here on this website. In WPBakery you need to edit the "Menu" element and select the menu source here https://prnt.sc/bmF7e-1VUk_1 and save changes. You can learn more about the header builder and menu element here
