Is there a way to really achieve this in free Elementor/Woocommerce mode? Any possible Demo shop coming up soon? 

As per Free Software settings: Woocommerce can't disable the Add To Cart - Button on the product pages, correct?

Problem solved: by creating a new product template without inserting the web cart (according your youtube video). Can close this one ;-)
