Hello, i can't download the required plugins to make the gem theme work. When i click on the button " Install plugin", 'there is an error message that says "you don't have the permission to go on this page", even if i'm administrator.
Hi, I suppose you have file permission issues on your FTP. Kindly provide your URL, wp-admin and FTP access details in the private message so we can check your current configuration
Please note if you comment on your ticket before we reply, your ticket will be pushed down of the tickets list.
