    When I first open Elementor, I see a prompt with an option for me to enable "Activate Containers"

    Should I enable this option? will it break TheGem styles or functionality?

    yes, you can activate containers, TheGem is compatible.

    If you want to "activate containers" in Elementor, it's important to note that Elementor doesn't use a specific "container" element in the way you might think of it in traditional web development.
