Hi Michael, just so I understand. If I have anything saved in the Elementor Template Builder, the Gem header won't work? The items in that screenshot have no conditions applied to them, they are not being used as a header.
I also just deleted them all and the sticky header is still not showing.
Hi Michael, this did not resolove the issue. I just swapped the header and the sticky menu to these two which are both using the Gem Menu and the sticky header still didn't show.
If you need to login and swap the headers for testing, feel free. If you can't find an answer, can we please escalate this? We are launching the site soon and need this sticky header working.
Thanks Michael, but I need that mega menu feature. I've restored it for now. Is there a way to do the sticky header swap with the theme options or do I have to use an elementor solution?
Sticky header was working fine yesterday and just stopped.
Hi,
TheGem Builder templates will not work if you are using the Theme Builder templates of the Elementor Pro plugin.

I'm only using TheGem templates for the header.
Please use TheGem menu element:

You didn't remove the Elementor menu in the main menu.
Please check your site now.

The mega menu and mega menu builder feature is available in the TheGem theme as well.

Hey Michael, I've tried this method but the menu renders to the right off of the screen. You can see it on this page: https://wordpress-1165369-4069906.cloudwaysapps.com/header-test-2/
Yes, there was an issue with containers in the theme, but we have fixed it on your site and will add it in the next update.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank Michael, I ended up going with an elementor option but good to know it's fixed. You can close this.
You're welcome!
Have a nice day!
