for the ease of use we would recommend to create a separate custom post type (for example "Staff") and proceed as described in this narrated video tutorials:
In this way you stay very flexible. You can add this custom post type with ACF plugin and add different types of custom fields - again with ACF plugin. You can then display your staff members in a loop and display custom fields using the loop builder and post extended grid content element. You can also create a separate page for each staff member with showing different custom fields using Single Post builder.

I was hoping someone may have some insight, but is it possible to add a custom field for each person, such as Location as one of the fields? Thank you
