After making any change, when I save it, the entire layout gets updated. I want the layout to remain the same when I make any changes. This is very important for me. Can you please assist?

Hi, can you please share few screenshots with more explanations? Where exactly and which changes are you saving? And what exactly do you mean by "the entire layout gets updated"?

Please provide more details so we can better understand your request, thank you.

    Hi Oliver,

I have attached two screenshots. Screenshot 1 shows what the theme looks like, you can refer to this page: https://www.storyminter.com/. The image on the left side is bigger than the ones on the right.

I didn't make any changes and just saved the theme and it changed the layout to 'Screenshot 2' (attached herewith). Refer to this page: https://www.storyminter.com/home-demo/. All the images are of the same size.

Why the layout is being updated when I didn't make any changes? Can you please help me out?

    Best Regards,

    Sahil Jain

    Hi,

the reason for this is that on this page https://www.storyminter.com/home-demo/ in your post grid settings the option "Ignore highlighted items" is activated: https://prnt.sc/4KRZoMtUX-Fm

Just like in portfolios, you can highlight some blog posts in your grid by making it double size, kindly check the documentation for portfolio (the same is applicable for blog posts): https://docs.codex-themes.com/article/501-how-to-highlight-the-project-in-the-portfolio-grid-show-it-in-double-size

So, in order to show this double size blog posts in your grid you need to deactivate this setting and save https://prnt.sc/4KRZoMtUX-Fm
