I had to rebuilt the website because a virus destroit it... I had installed the TheGem_Elementor with plugins and everything was ok, but when I tried to install the TheGem_WPBakery the frontend and the backend go in error. My hosting customer service told me that:
1) there is a conflict with the plugin TheGem Theme Elements (for Elementor) HP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare thegem_product_need_new_label() (previously declared in /web/htdocs/www.andrearigato.it/home/wp-content/plugins/thegem-elements-elementor/inc/content.php:1739) in /web/htdocs/www.andrearigato.it/home/wp-content/themes/thegem/inc/woocommerce.php on line 7825"
2- a function is missing: it should be defined in the theme itself
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function thegem_slideshow_block() in /web/htdocs/www.andrearigato.it/home/wp-content/themes/thegem/content-page.php:65"

Hi,
In order to activate the WPB version of the theme correctly, you need to disable these plugins first.
I have now activated the WPB version of the theme on your site. You need to install all necessary plugins for this version of the theme from this link - https://www.andrearigato.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=install-required-plugins&plugin_status=install
