Could you please provide a bit more details with screenshots?
Currently this skin is selected and the category name is displayed correctly, you just need to change the color of the title in the element settings.
Ok, but I would prefer to show the category description...is that possible?

Unfortunately, the category description output is not available as in the standard Woocommerce element.
