Good afternoon, my name is Fidel Vidal and I am writing because I have this configuration doubt:

On the cart page the coupon button appears, but it is white (which is not the desired color), and with a hover that is indicated (attached image 1). 

Where can I configure these buttons to come out in the color that I want ? and modify the borders so that all the buttons are of the same design.
