Kindly use TheGem license manager https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/ to manage your licenses and activations. One license is valid for one LIVE website activation. Just login to https://license-manager.codex-themes.com/ and deregister the installations, where you don't need TheGem, keeping only one LIVE website per one license.

I am trying to update my website and fix some issues and I can't update the gem any longer. the error it's giving me is
"You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key."
I only have the one website. I've had it since I purchased this theme and have only ever used it here. Please advise what to do.
