Dear Team, Recently I purchased The Gem Theme from Evento, then installed in wordpress, It is showing "For Elementor" but i need it for "WPBakery page Builder" Kindly assist to resolve this issue,
It seems like you have installed the wrong theme version. TheGem comes in two versions:
- TheGem for Elementor - TheGem for WPBakery
Please login to your Envato account and go to the "Downloads" section. Here, please select "Download all files and documentation" near TheGem logo. After downloading, unzip the downloaded zip file. Here you will find two installable WordPress files:
- TheGem_Elementor.zip - TheGem_WPBakery.zip
Please remove your currently installed TheGem Elementor theme and TheGem Elements plugin (for Elementor) and after that please install TheGem_WPBakery.zip theme file and follow the installations steps as described in our documentation:
