1. How exactly did you make the backup of your website? Did you backup the database, all files and configuration with the backup tool like Updraft?
2. https://directdatasquad.com/ - as I can see the website is loading fine, with all content and images. What exactly has been lost?
3. The screenshot is showing the backup of Theme Options only. Do you mean you have backed up the Theme Options settings and wish to restore it and it doesn't work?
